Just Another Typical Weekend...Part Two

The next day of the Bachelorette Party began with Allison (who also went to our high school) showing up at noon. Shannon, Emily and I had barely woken up by that point. We decided to celebrate her arrival by popping open the Champagne for the Mimosa's. To this my roommate laughed at us because the other two girls of the Bachelorette Party had not even woken up, and yet we were starting the drinking all over.

Shannon did end up getting her tattoo. She left in the middle of the day with two of the girls while the others of us slept some more. Here's what she ended up with.
And while she was gone we did some decorating to the cupcakes we made her. We ran out of time the day before. But I think they turned out so cute!

For dinner we went to Bess' Bistro for dinner. Since we were a Bachelorette Party they put us in our own private booth. That restaurant is owned by Sandra Bullock and I am pretty sure that is her own private booth. It had walls on three sides and a curtain to close up the fourth. If that isn't where she sits when she eats there, she is crazy.

Actually, I am pretty sure she sits in the exact spot that I was sitting. Don't ask how I know, I just know...haha!

After dinner we hit up The Belmont. The Virginians and Jenny (from kickball too) all showed up. After some shots we decided to hit up Que. We got offered a half bottle of Belvedere and a table by some older crowd that was about to leave. AWESOME!!!

Lastly we hit up Lavaca Street Bar for one last drink. Then, instead of leaving it as a calmer easier evening, we elected to invite everyone over for late night at my apartment. We did have plenty of jello shot syringes, beer and vodka to go around. The funny thing was, the only people that stayed up to party was the kickball team. Every last person that was just there for the Bachelorette party went to bed as soon as we got home!

We played Catch Phrase until 6 am, when we decided it would be best to crash (now if I could only get the sense to feel that way at like 3 or even 4 it wouldn't be so bad). But the next day Emily and I talked about it and it was like we had just had another typical night with the kickball team. It didn't even feel like a Bachelorette Party.

The girls all said it was one of the most fun Bachelorette Parties they had been to. We thought to ourselves, well, welcome to another one of our typical weekends...
